These garlic bulbs have been properly cured for 3-12 weeks and are vigorous and disease-free. The cloves are very easy to peel and their flavour is superb. This Racambole is well suited for our northern climate here in Nova Scotia. Plant between mid-October and mid-November for harvest from last two weeks of July to first week in August, the following summer. Store bulbs at 55 to 65 degrees F and 40 to 60% humidity with good air circulation.
