We have been growing medicinal and gourmet edible mushrooms at Soma Gardens since 1993. We have successfully grown Lintinus edodes (shitake), Agaricus brunescens "neff"(similar to white button but tan in colour), Pleurotus ostreatus "camelot" (oyster), Ganoderma lucidum (reishi), Flammulina velutipes (enokitake), and Hericium erinaceus (lion's mane or monkey's head).
